Cornell Co-Op - 5/1/2024

Wednesday, May 1st
Shannon Soril from Cornell
Co-Op Ext. will be visiting
with a presentation "Family resilience
and Nourishment"!
The program at 10:00 am will talk
about how to build resilience to toxic
stressors & how we can use food to
provide us with nourishment & help
our bodies process stress!

"Black Bean & Vegetable Tostada's"

Casino Day Trip! - 4/24/2024

Day Trip to Akwesasne Casino
Wed., April 24th - Cost: $45/per person
Trip includes: motorcoach transportation,
$30 free slot play plus $12 toward lunch
at "The Tavern" or "Sticks Sports Grill".

& return appx. 5:00 pm! Sign up first come

Public Hearing! - 2/21/2024

The Clinton County Office for
the Aging will hold a Community
Conversation & Public Hearing on
Wed., Feb. 21st at 11:00 am at the
Senior Center at 5139 N. Catherine St.

The purpose of the public hearing is
to receive input from older adults,
caregivers & community members
about the Office for the Aging service
plans for the upcoming year.

Guest speaker, Heather Deare West, Esq.
from Rural Law Center will share
information about legal services
available.
