Pretzel Salad -

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. whipped cream
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. strawberry jello
2 c. pineapple juice (hot)
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen
strawberries w/juice
1-1/4 c. sugar

Combine pretzels, 1/4 c. sugar & melted butter. Press into bottom of 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool. Combine cheese & 1 c. sugar. Beat well. Fold in whipped cream & spread over crust. Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice. Add strawberries. Chill 'til partially set. Pour over cheese mixture. Top w/crushed pretzels.
