Located in Plattsburgh, on the shore of historic Lake Champlain, the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County would like to invite not only Clinton County seniors, but seniors visiting the beautiful North Country to take advantage of the services offered by the Council.

The mission of the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County, Inc. (SCCCC) is to provide the opportunity for any senior to utilize available services. All senior citizens of Clinton County may participate in the programs offered regardless of economic, social, or cultural status.

We are offering individuals the opportunity to purchase sailboats to place on our mural of Lake Champlain. This mural is on display at the Senior Citizens Council, 5139 North Catherine Street.
